#SERVICES
1) TL/COTL of #SERVICES MUST make sure that their members of #SERVICES read this and understand the rule
2) EACH TL/COTL must organize their own members
3) MAKE sure that each member know /ns /cs /bs and /ms enough to help user
4) TL/COTL must train each member of basic commands to be able to help users
5) EACH member will start with UOP and UP, need to request from DM oF #SERVICES which is AZNBOYZ007
6) THEN AZNBOYz007 will talk with other TL and COTL about prmoting and demoting
7) ONLY ACTIVE and HELPFUL TL or COTL or GL will be able to promote or demote any MEMBERS.
Cool ANY comments/feedback/complaint talk to TL/COTL/GL to diguss the problem if can not be solve, disguss with DM
9) MAKE SURE do not complaint/comments in #services which make #services messy when users around
10) ANY comments/feedback/complaints ask TL/COTL/GL to join #training to disguss solve the problem
11) NO One is allow to talk/chat in #services. No exceptions: Not even SRA, Master, Co-Master, Admin, CO-admin, IRCOP, helpop, basic users. If abuse this users, anyone with access in #services, have the right to kick that person out, if come back and still abuse the rule, we have the right to ban that person. NO EXCEPTIONS for ANYONE.
12) All members are not encouraged to use any nickname other than member ones while holding operator status (~&@%+-). Exceptional with suffixed "-BRB", "-AFK" and "-AWAY".
13) #services channel is an official channel for help only. Make sure no one uses this channel for other purposes, such as fun chatting, flooding or testing commands.
14) You are prohibited from using commands such as /ame & /amsg since it will make the channel messy and unprofessional. IF Found, will be warned and if found second time, will be demoted.
15) IF any user is using /ame, /amsg, members are allow to warn/kick/ban them.
16) In case there is any internal problem, or argument, please refer to the team leader for resolution.
17) Anyone abuses the rules, he or she will be warned, demoted, or deleted base on how strongly the abuse is.




#VID BASIC RULE:
1) TL/COTL of #VID MUST make sure that their members of #VID read this rule and understand the rule
2) Ask what email user use to register that nick and do /ns info NICK NAME all to verify correct email
3) Ask how long did he/she trying to register that NICK NAME
4) Tell user to CHECK in bulk box or Spam box for email from NICKSERV
5) Tell user to WAIT 5 to 10 minutes and check email agin and make sure check also check in bulk box and spam box
6) IF they wait for 5 to 10 minutes and still do not see then we can use SENDVID to user if member does not have SENDVID flag
request upper members who has flag to sendvid to user
7) Only #vid members are allowed to idle nick in #vid and only #vid member nick are allowed to idle nick,
can not use any other nick beside member nick to idle nick in #vid



#BOTSERV
1) TL/COTL of #BOTSERV MUST make sure that members of #BOTSERV read this and understand the rule
1) IRCOp/HELPOP who has BOT Flag can only call all bot to join #botserv
2) allbotjoin commmand /BS ALLBOTJOIN #BOTSERV
3) IF can not use allbotjoin commands wait and tell botserv member who can to call bots
4) IF user want to set botstay in CHANNEL, check make sure that founder of channel request
5) ONLY FOUNDER are allow to request botstay. After verify that the founder is request for botstay, then ask for founder of which channel
6) After check founder and which channel want to set botstay,
SEND me a memo if im not around tell me which founder want to set botstay in which channel
EXAMPLE: AZNBOYZ007 want bostay in #UNITED , make sure that AZNBOYZ007 is founder of #UNITED
7) Channel need to have at least 10 users most of the time in order to request for botstay. If found less than 10 users most of the time, we will remove the botstay flag.
Each channel can have only 1 bot.
Cool Channel need to be registered for more than 30 days in order to request botstay.
9) Anyone with bot flags, SRA are not allowed to add BOT unless they first get an approval from the Director, which is Yucca. NO EXCEPTIONS.
10) All members must use access Nicknames while holding Operator(~&@%+-)
"-BRB", "-AFK" and "-AWAY" following the nicknames are exceptions.
11) No chit chat nonsense stuff. No using /ame or /amsg as this makes the room messy and not professional.
12) Strictly no idling if no access in #botserv




#OPERHELP
IRCOP/HELPOP who has SENDPASS flag or be able to send pass need to check these before use sendpass command

**NICK NAME SENDPASS**
1) Ask user what email is he/she register with the NICK NAME
2) do /ns info NICK NAME all to check email and veritfy email with the email user tell
3) If user tell e-mail and you already verify with email at /ns info NICK NAME all that they are correct
4) SENDPASS command for NICK NAME name is /ns sendpass NICK NAME EXAMPLE: /NS SENDPASS AZNBOYZ007

**CHANNEL SENDPASS**
1) REMEMBER only FOUNDER can request for CHANNEL SENDPASS
2) THEN ask user to identify to CHANNEL founder NICK NAME to request
3) CHANNEL SENDPASS will send to founder NICK NAME's EMAIL ADDRESS
4) CHANNEL SENDPASS command /CS SENDPASS #CHANNEL EXAMPLE: /CS SENDPASS #UNITED
5) Tell FOUNDER To check FOUNDER NICK NAME's EMAIL ADDRESS for PASSWORD



#HOSTSERV
1) TL/COTL of #HOSTSERV MUST make sure that members of #HOSTSERV read this and understand the rule
2) check /NS INFO NICK NAME ALL to check how many days user has registered the NICK NAME
3) Make sure check all info when do /NS INFO NICK NAME ALL, check for MARK and HMARK
4) Do not add host if user has hmark or mark, discuss with TL and COTL
5) MAKE SURE do not tell users about hmark and mark on his/her NICK NAME. Tell him/her to wait until you talk to TL/COTL
6) ONLY 45 days of registered NICK NAME can get a HOST
7) After add host member must send memo to #HOSTSERV MEMBERS AOP+ at /MS CSEND #HOTSERV AOP NICK NAME(HOST)
EXAMPLE: /MS CSEND #HOSTSERV AOP BIKERBOYZ (BIKERBOYZ.KHMERDREAMS.COM)
Cool After adding host, Member has to send memo to #hostserv members list
9) Only Member's nicks are allowed to idle in #hostserv
10) Only members are allowed to add host. NO EXCEPTIONS.
11) IRCops Are Not Allowed To Use /CHGHOST or /msg hostserv Sethost For Someone or themself
12) Any users who has host and flood services/channel/users or get complaint with log will delete host.
13) IRCops Are Not Allowed to Have Host
14) Abuse: mass-inviting to join their channel, inviting people to other servers, using other people nick with host, flooding server, etc.
15) Any users with host, is a member of another chat server, if found, host will be automatically deleted and will not be able to get it back.
Example of a member: Admin, IRCops, Helpops, OPs (Founder, CF, SOP, AOP, etc) in any channel in the other server.
SO DO NOT COME AND COMPLAIN IN #Hostserv OR TO ANY OF OUR MEMBERS.
16) Any users who abuse the rules and lost their host, will no longer be able to have a host. so REMEMBER to READ the RULES carefully -
----why a user cannot have a host after abuse and lost of host because if we allowed a user to have a host after abuse, then everyone will do the same and what is the used of having rules #12 and #15 and so on.

#training or #st ?

IDEA: Before let new member to help, training is required at least with /ns and /cs commands. because users have many problem related to that the most.

Channel need to have at least 10 users in order to request for botstay.

Each channel can have only 1 bot.
